Review: Simply put…look at the tools they used-RUSTY PIERS and sent out what looked like two high schoolers to do the work on my home. I had already paid and couldn’t get a refund. The warranty is TRASH! The fact that I had to have plumbing work due to faulty lifting…I WOULD BE DUMB TO HAVE WILLIAMSON COME DO ANY FURTHER FOUNDATION WORK. I lost money to them…then had to pay a plumber an additinal$5,000 to replace pipes Williamson Foundations people split during the lift.This was my first foundation experience. I got this done last July 2023. They, had the audacity to say they didn’t have to lift my home that much. Yet, before the foundation work, I supposedly needed a great deal of lifting. I can’t just make this stuff up. The pile of covered dirt is where my pipes were split from foundation lifting. I wasn’t gone leave a review…But, I just ran across these pics and got pissed all over again.

Review: At 25 years old the foundation in my shop had started to show its age. My doors were hard to open and close, there were cracks in my concrete and my floor was very unlevel. The crew from Williamson Foundation Repair came out, took one look at it and said they could make it good as new. They showed up in force a few days later, got right to work installing piers along the outside of the building. in just a couple short hours they were done! my doors open and close perfectly now, my floor is back to level and the cracks in the concrete are almost completely unnoticeable!I HIGHLY recommend Williamson Foundation Repair for any repair you need. they are honest, dependable, professional, and fast!

Review: I am very disappointed in this company. Williamson Foundation Repair completed foundation repair in 2017 on a home I purchased June 2022. It was only right to contact them do complete an evaluation on the foundational issues on the right-side of the house because they only completed the left. The appointment date was December 13, 2023 at 1pm. The consultant was timely. My problem is, the consultant stated, “I have to get with my supervisors to look at the numbers I took and I will get back with you within a week.” I thought this was awkward. The other 3 foundation repair companies not only gave me a quote within 24 hours, but also showed the elevation level of my home. It is now January 1st and I still have not seen the quote nor the elevation levels of my home. I know for a fact that they DO NOT WANT TO HONOR MY LIFETIME WARRANTY. The other 3 companies are NOT aware that my property has had work done on the left side. I am certain that Williamson needs to honor their warranty since the side shifted more than 1/4 of an inch. I have 3 elevation levels to prove it. Furthermore, it is January 1st and I still have not received a quote nor the evaluation from the consultant. Hmmmmmm. This seems peculiar. Yes. I did call to follow-up about 3 days ago. I am hoping this review will get their attention.

Review: It was a great experience working with Williamson Foundation Repair! It started with discussing the preliminary questions I had directly with Roger Williamson. Roger was timely with responses and answered question fully to my satisfaction. We also discussed how to go about this major capital investment and allowed us to make an educated decision on how to proceed as it relates to the full plumbing/drainage replacement needed at our home (cast iron pipes; 1981 build). His direction lead us to the decision to allow us to plan accordingly for both scopes. He also allowed us a grace period for these repairs since doing both scope would take not only time but a significant monetary investment. The crew on site were great! They were respectful of our home and worked very hard to complete our 28 piers in the duration originally estimated. Then came payment and closeout of the project. Denese was both communicative and helpful. She stayed in contact and assisted in any way requested to ensure we got our valid lifetime warranty. I am in the construction industry and deal with subcontractors and vendors daily. I would highly recommend Williamson Foundation Repair to anyone based of their professionalism as well as quality work! Thank you for making this daunting task as smooth and as simple as possible!

Review: I needed 16 piers installed to level one side of my home, which was starting to show cracks. The Williamson crew was very good and explained everything in a friendly and professional manner. They removed shrubs and replaced them perfectly. 5 stars for sure. I’d recommend to my closest friends.
