Review: Triple J was super awesome! My wife and I live in Richardson in a house that was built in 1959. We had an engineer come out and take a look at our foundation and confirmed it needed to be repaired. After some research, we found Triple J. They were super polite and quick. They provided us with a same day estimate once we showed them the engineering report and they took a look for themselves. We needed 9 pillars in total, and it cost us about $5700. I think their quality was far above what others do. So companies seem to use those premade concrete blocks that they just push into the ground, but Triple J dug down to the required depth, placed rebar inside and did a concrete poor. From my research, I found that this way is far more stable and longer lasting. They even scheduled the plumbing test to make sure our pipes were good, and they handled all the appropriate permits and inspections. They are way above board and I can’t recommend them enough. Came with a lifetime warranty too! Also, almost everyone who works for them is family, so you get a real family owned business feel. The customer service was above and beyond!
