Review: Having foundation repair is a sizable investment. Mr. Charles came out and did a thorough evaluation of the issue and explained the work that needed to be done.Charles and the entire team came out and did a great job performing the repairs. They were on time, very professional, explained everything they were doing. After completing the work they did a good job of cleaning up.Overall very satisfied with the work they did for us and would definitely recommend consulting with them if you are in need of foundation repairs on your home.

Review: Charles came out on a weekend to quote me on a small project. That led to a deep conversation regarding my foundation with some issues he discovered. He was helpful, honest and very communicative on what was happening. I decided to fact check him with a 3rd party structural engineer and everything Top Level Foundation (Charles) said was correct.I am happy I called him out despite the fact we discovered some additional issues. I ended up saving my house’s foundation before it became a severe issue and required a much more expensive fix down the road. His crew was on time, fast, respectful and gentle on my homes foundation. They left my home just as clean as when they first arrived. They also built up the ground around my foundation to help with future runoff.As far as pricing. I ended up installing hybrid steel – concrete piers. I received several quotes and all were higher than Top Level Foundations. Given their excellent reviews, I pulled the trigger with them. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for doing such an excellent job!I included some pictures of their work and what it looked like when they were done.

Review: Although I’ve lived in Texas for 20 years, I’ve never had foundation work done before. Quite honestly, I was very nervous to have any work done on the foundation. I contacted top level foundation repair and spoke with the owner Charles Woods. He was very attentive and accommodating and made me feel at ease. Review: Charles and team did an excellent job to take care of the sinking foundation at one of my properties in the city of Little Elm.Due to heavy rains and land shifting, there apparently was earth movement and soil erosion causing the driveway and front porch concrete slabs to sink down and create an uneven platform.Charles’s crew did the digging, curing, fill up and soil seeding to make it look as expected in no time at a very reasonable price.I would strongly recommend them for your job.
