Review: My initial contact advised getting a structural engineer report before further foundation conversation. I appreciated this recommendation as I knew just the appropriate work would occur. The team showed up on time, worked very hard on a very hot day. Post-repair engineer report was 100% improvement. The yard was cleaned, the doors & windows affected were re-caulked, and the job (12 supports) was completed by afternoon. Strongly recommend!

Review: Not gonna lie…I was dreading having to deal with foundation issues after the severe drought and record high temperatures of 2022 here in McKinney. We had 3 different highly rated foundation repair companies come and look at our concerns. We chose Stratum because in our gut we felt the most trust. Could not be more pleased with repairs of our foundation!!! From Ryan the sales person who first came to our home and analyzed our concerns with 2 major ceiling cracks and one window with exterior separation from the bricks; to the office staff who kept us constantly updated on scheduling, to Edgar and his great crew who actually came and did the excellent repairs, and when they finished, I kid you not, could not tell they had been here; to Cody the field supervisor who promptly answered any questions about the procedures and came by on the day of repairs to check on us and the progress; we were more than satisfied with our experience. This is a top notch company, and we completely recommend their services. Thank you Stratum Foundation Repair for your attention to detail and expertise in our repairs, and especially to your kind and extremely friendly employees!!!

Review: We had some foundation issues. We got 3 quotes, 2 from companies all over the radio and ,Stratum. Stratum’s price was more than competitive and the work they showed that needed to be done was similar to the others as for as the quality of piers being used and number and placement of piers.From Ryan, who did the initial measurements and quotes, to the foreman and work crew who did the work, our experience with them was they were polite, professional, and on time.Attached are before and after pictures of our expansion joint. Totally closed up. These guys are highly recommended

Review: Stratum Foundation Repair is a GREAT company and I highly recommend them. From my initial conversations with Ryan Williams on the quote and process, to the quality Engineer they send out before and after the work performed, and ALL of the workers while they were here performing the foundation repair = ALL a GREAT experience. The foremen running the crew Edgar and Elvis went over each process of the job while they were here for 3 days. I knew exactly what to expect each day, they were on time, and they left our home cleaner then when they showed up! Foundation work is VERY messy and they also had to do 4 piers inside the home (they put plastic everywhere to minimize dust on stuff), so please expect there to be some dust and debris but by the time they were wrapped up and leaving, they had caulked the windows, filled in mortar in any cracks in the brick, cleaned the windows, back-filled dirt against the house where needed and put the rest of the dirt where we requested. The front flower bed area around our crepe myrtle you could not even tell the dirt was disturbed and there were like 4 piers and a root barrier put in there! Such a nice experience, it has been awhile since we had a home contractor do such great work so it was very refreshing and I appreciate them very much. I would recommend them to by very best friends!
