Review: Mr. Bob Jensen deserves 10 stars… not 5 stars! I can’t express how truly thankful we are to Bob. He is super knowledgeable in his field, professional with excellent communications, friendly, and courteous. He performed a thorough foundational/structural and drainage assessment of our home, and provided a clearly written, highly professional report that was very helpful to us. Besides this, he gave us several tips about how can care for our new home and land to avoid future problems. He deserves extra praise for delivering all of this on a short time-frame…! We would recommend Bob in a heartbeat to our friends and family. Thank you again!!

Review: Bob Jensen is a true professional. His evaluation of my foundation was thorough and precise. I feel completely confident that his analysis of my foundation is completely accurate.Bob also clearly explained what he did and the reasons for why we see some of the issues (as it turned out, superficial issues) we are seeing.He also provided valuable information that should enable us to keep our foundation is good shape.I would highly recommend Bob Jensen to anyone!

Review: Bob Jensen was tremendously helpful as we prepared to have our slab foundation repaired. He went above and beyond our expectations, sharing his knowledge and experience, including helpful tips outside the scope of work we hired him to do, which was to inspect our foundation prior to getting it fixed. It was clear he knew what he was talking about, and he was able to explain things in easy-to-understand ways. The report he provided was thorough. He’s a really nice guy. He was willing to help us through the process of choosing which contractor to use, which was reassuring. I wish I had him as a neighbor because I’d pick his brain constantly – he’s really smart. He loves what he does and truly wants to help people understand as much as they want to about their house. I would highly recommend him.

Review: I had asked Mr. Jensen to inspect my residence on 10/27/17 prior to having some ceiling sheetrock repair work done so as to exclude a significant shift in the foundation as the source for the initial damage. Mr. Jensen was able to work with my schedule and was prompt for the appointment. A thorough inspection appeared to be performed and measurements of the foundation were obtained throughout the residence. The findings were reviewed with me at the time of the inspection and though no significant foundation damage was identified at this time, his recommendations on preventive measures as well as the explanation for other findings throughout the residence and outside the structure were reviewed. I received his formal report within ~48 hours and the report was detailed and specific. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Jensen for an independent inspection of your structure. Thank you, sir!

Review: Bob was very experienced and honest and was able to work me into his schedule at the last minute. His expertise determined that we do not need any repairs done–different from the evaluation given to me by foundation companies. He is fairly priced and ended up saving me lots of money.
