Review: Our experience with Pinnacle has been great. They communicated each step and set expectations well. The crew were timely and deligent in their work. The supervisor was available to answer all our questions . I thought they went above and beyond as they lifted our underground electric 3 inches to meet the meter box. Once finished our yard and landscaping looked like it did before work started. Next step is for new engineer’s report and plumber leak detection also being setup by Pinnacle.

Review: First off I would like to thank Michele for recommending the crew and putting this all together. I’ve been in Real Estate for 16 years and never came across a problem of this magnitude. We purchased a brand new Trophy Signature home back in February 2022 and noticed on closing day some of the bricks were cracked. We noticed cracks throughout our home, expansion gaps spreading, doors sticking and several other issues. Fighting with builder and still fighting we decided we needed to fix this issue before home got worst. After hearing our issues, Michele referred me to Luis and he came out and explained the entire process. New to this type of issue, Luis made me feel comfortable that they were the company for the job. Victor directed job, kept us updated and made sure crew did exactly as Luis said. Ismael communicated everything with me on the ground especially when he seen if there were any issues. Luis followed up to make sure everything was completed. We were very impressed with the entire crew! Soon as they lifted our home with steel piers, it instantly closed up expansion gap as you will see in the pics. From the way they communicated to their work ethic. Never had a foundation job done but if I ever need it again or if any of my clients need it done, I want this same crew to do the job!! Review: I bought a home with previous foundation repairs, they provided a warranty from pinnacle. Between setting up an appointment for warranty work, to inspections, lack of communication, to now wanting a second inspection, it’s been a cluster. Nobody gives the same answer, no sense of urgency, and cosmetics are getting more and more damaged due to the amount of time they’re taking for everything. Had I not continued to reach out, I wouldn’t be making any progress on getting assistance.I wouldn’t be using this company if the warranty from the previous owner wasn’t a factor. I can’t imagine all foundation companies are ran this poorly.*UPDATE*James and Hunter contacted me and were very quick to come out and address warranty concerns. They did everything possible to correct the initial experience. To James and Hunter, thank you both for handling the issues on hand.Regarding the companies response to this review, Kristen had poor email responses and poor communication on our first call, which reflected the previous 1 star review. She did call back after I had posted the review with trying to find an ideal appointment. However, that doesn’t solve her first emails and calls, nor the previous agent I had spoke with a few weeks prior at the start of this warranty process.If I think more of the first inspector, he didn’t seem to mind the shifts in foundation where there was previous repairs during his visit, but rather suggested I wait 60 days and document the cosmetic damages. Similar to the new repairs I’d need outside of the warranty, he said to get a plumber to verify the home had no water leaks, and the office would follow up with their plumbers for a convenient quote (plumber didn’t call until James got involved). With having 6 months of cosmetic issues, why wait another 60 days? The office was not good regarding assumed and requested follow-ups.If James and Hunter didn’t get involved, this review would’ve remained at a 1 star for the reasons above. If you could hire more people like James and Hunter, I’d have no hesitation to recommend pinnacle. I’ll be updating it to 5 stars based on James and Hunter.

Review: I interviewed 5 foundation repair companies before I picked Pinnacle. My foundation repair was a big job. It involved lifting the back of my house 7 inches, then lifting the entire house a few more inches and pinning the whole house to the bed rock. It was going to cost $63,000 and a lot of things were at stake. I needed a repair company with the resources and the experience to handle the job.Of the 5 companies I interviewed, only Jacob from Pinnacle came with a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). This equipment accurately pinpointed the location of my foundation beams and we confirmed this with the house drawings that I had from the builder.The repairs took 2 weeks. The most exciting day was lift day when I watched Victor and his crew do what they do best. Lifting took the whole day, and I cannot say enough how gentle Victor, and Alfonso, and the entire crew of 10 men did a great job! They handled my house like their own, and at the end of the lift, there was no additional damage.After the lift, the plumbers came and did their thing, no damages found, then the city inspector. We aced the inspection.Next, the pumps are going to get inserted and the holes sealed, then my life can get back to normal again. My house is so stable now, nothing can dislodge it. Maybe an earthquake, but nothing less.Throughout the process, Kristen at the office, Jacob, and Victor the operations guy have all been very communicative, and very responsive. My concerns are listened to attentively and addressed, and no question is too stupid for them to answer.The foundation repair journey, especially one of this magnitude is very scary, but Pinnacle made it smooth and not so scary.Pinnacle only uses the best quality materials.Thank you Pinnacle Foundation Repair.
