Review: Permatech completed foundation repair on a pier and beam house in downtown McKinney. Greg and his team (who were great to work with) installed pad and block. The work was completed in a timely manner. Dylan was the sales representative. He took his time and thoroughly explained the scope of work and what to expect. It was refreshing dealing with someone that put no pressure at all to make a sale. The quote was not only competitive but cheaper than all the other companies. I think I got four or five other quotes and they ranged from 1.2-2x what permatech quoted. The scope of work from the quotes of the other companies was very similar in most cases and overkill in others. Anyway, permatech gave the best quote and seemed to do the work well. I stress over home repairs of this scale but Greg and his team made the work feel relatively painless. Very respectful people and they seem honest. Overall, I am happy with the company so far. They seem pretty understanding and easy to work with. No joke, one company quoted 2x what permatech quoted. The scope of work was almost exactly the same. The Things they would have done that permatech did not would have cost very little (vents and some subfloor) nothing to justify 2x the quote. Get multiple quotes and if you find permatech is the cheapest, don’t assume they will do sub par work. They are good.
