Review: So far, I’ve had a great experience with Olshan. I totally recommend them! I had no idea what foundation work entailed and they were so patient and explained every single question that I had, from my initial contact, Derek Long, to the Crew Supervisor, Luis Lopez. He and his crew (Oton, Julio, Arturo, Jose, Mayron, Alfredo, Martin & Diego) worked in 100° + heat in Texas. All 3 days they worked hard, were efficient, professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. Not only was the work that they did great, you can tell the difference already. I was also very impressed by their cleanup!!! I was dreading what cleanup would be like for me after they were done. They left every single item and bush back in its place.Mr. Luis L and his crew are hard workers, efficient and super patient. Planning and prepping was a nerve-wracking and dreadful experience for me but they made such a huge difference and eased my nerves. Thank you so much!

Review: Alexander was terrific! He went over the overall plan with me, and I showed him the existing electrical wires and drip lines. His crew installed about 60′ of PVC pipe and a catch drain, to solve the pond problem we had in our back yard.When the job was complete, we checked the lighting system and Irrigation system, and toured the flower beds – everything was in place exactly as before, in good working order, and the brick pathway was in better shape than before they dug!

Review: This company completely scammed me. They sold me a foundation repair that was entirely insufficient. I spent $11k on a useless fix that has to be completely redone. I’ve had three different independent concrete experts tell me they acted unethically and I will have to spend money fixing their work. It now aesthetically also looks worse than originally. No one will email me back. I even reported them to the BBB and no response for months. I am planning to take them to small claims court. Beware.Editing to respond to the follow up below: I have never received a follow up service apt nor heard ANY response from you except the below. I have tried reaching out to speak to someone about my concerns and no one has communicated with me. This is more upsetting than the original issue. As for what I agreed to – I agreed to it based on the recommendation of Robert Wise because he said it would meet my expectations: 1) prevent further cracking and sinking and 2) look good. I am not a foundation expert so I took his advice. Since then three independent contractors have been appalled at what you sold me. Oh and it failed the city inspection too. I would love to have this discussion with you live and talk about how to resolve – but I have never had the chance. See you in small claims court.

Review: Called Olshan last week for a bid, within a couple day Ian Kirkland,, a structural engineer came to my home. I had a back porch that the post needed to be replaced as it was weight bearing in the dirt for sometime putting stress on the corner eve of the house. I told him I Wanted to get another bid before I committed, no pressure. He explained how they would beef up the support to make it stronger!Waited two days with no other bids and told him that I was on social security and paying for this project and needed them to do a great job, I have hired many contractors that didn’t. So I decided this time to go with a bigger company for this project because I wanted no stressing!On the 20th Olshan sent Rolando,Frank and Nex they did all 4 piers 3-4 ft deep ( hard work). Waiting 3 or 4 days to set up and dry. Today Octavio L. And Ale Jandro came to set the posts and clean up. So nice, I appreciate all the hard work and the great results! Will be calling you again because I didn’t know you do driveways. Thank you again
