Review: My experience working with Foundation Werks was phenomenal! I contacted the company via their online web form over a weekend and promptly received a phone call first thing Monday morning. The front entry path leading up to our doorstep had significantly shifted over the years and was causing a major tripping hazard for people walking up the path. I had become increasingly concerned about the hazard because of a large event I was scheduled to throw at my house that would involve upwards of 50 guests. It’s a lot harder to deter 50 guests from tripping on your pathway than it is a few (which we had done for years to put off this project) so the increased urgency to have my pathway repaired was created. Kristen was able to schedule me a next day consultation to quote my project. By 10:30 AM that morning I already had a quote in my Inbox. The price was very fair, in our assessment, given the amount of work it would be for us to remedy the project ourselves. PLUS, they figured out a way to fit my project in before my event that weekend, so we happily agreed to the contract. Originally we anticipated having them out on Thursday or Friday to execute the repairs, but I received a call early Wednesday morning, saying that they were available to come out that very day to get it done. It felt like they had as much urgency toward repairing my sidewalk for my party as I did! I loved that! An hour later, their team showed up and flawlessly executed the project. It only took roughly 1.5 hours. My pathway looked brand new and I had a new confidence about hosting my event on Saturday. What had felt like a major issue to me quickly became the furthest thing down my concern list due to the diligence and expediency of Foundation Werks. I will be exclaiming, their name to everyone, I know!
