Review: The walkway and steps leading to my front door were starting to resemble the Leaning Tower of Pisa – no joke! Unlike that famous landmark, however, it had become an eyesore and a real embarrassment to my home curb appeal. I want to commend Aaron and Jay from the Foundation Support Specialist crew for their exceptional work and great attitude in fixing my sinking walkway, especially considering the brutal afternoon Texas heat. These young men truly deserve applause for a job well done.From beginning to end, their professionalism and customer service were outstanding! I greatly appreciated receiving a courtesy text in the morning to confirm my afternoon appointment. Moreover, I received a phone call letting me know when they were on their way – providing a realistic timeframe for their arrival.Despite having had numerous home improvement projects recently, I have never seen such hard-working and harmonious teamwork. As a homeowner, the crew that performs the service is the face of the company, reflecting its work ethic. Aaron and Jay diligently transformed what I thought was irreparable into a nearly new walkway! They worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Their expertise shone through, and it was clear that Aaron and Jay genuinely cared about their work and ensuring my satisfactionA couple of my neighbors have already complimented the job, and I can’t wait for Aaron and Jay to come back out to fix my sidewalk issue.
