Review: Mason and Firm Foundation are a great group to work with. We hired them to install 90 feet of retaining wall and drainage behind our house on a slope. Quality and our happiness with the job was always top priority and we would definitely work with them again!! They made a really pretty wall too and that was all part of their initial planning.

Review: These guys did an outstanding job on our foundation! The crew was nice and polite. They were patient with us having to maneuver our 4 dogs in and out of the house each time they needed entry.They worked fast but did a great job! I think they even went above and beyond what I expected by filling in spots that were missing grout due to the shifting foundation and fixing around the windows. All stuff I thought I’d have to do later.The communication with my rep was amazing too! Mason answered every question I had and I probably texted him way too much because I was so nervous.I recommend Firm Foundation 100% and will be referring them to anyone who needs foundation work!Did I mention another foundation company I was getting a quote from shook my hand and just walked out after finding out I had Mason with Firm Foundation come out. They said I was in the best hands already with Firm, so he wasn’t even gonna give me a quote! That says a lot right there!

Review: Ryan and his team are professional, great to work with and delivered an incredible final product. We had a failing retaining wall and wood fence in bad shape. FIRM Foundation built a beautiful stone retaining wall, installed a wrought iron fence along the top of the wall and put in a new board on board cedar fence along each side of our backyard. We had a lot of questions along the way and Ryan was happy to answer them, taking the time to make sure we understood each step of the process along the way. We’re looking forward to working with FIRM Foundation in the future to address some foundation issues in our home (the result of the failing retaining wall). Would recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking for a new retaining wall or foundation work.
