Review: This is the third time I have used Dalrock Foundation Repair. I had gotten five company estimates and they ranged greatly in scope of work needed and estimated cost. I got an engineer’s report and had the five companies give me an estimate based on the engineer’s report. Dalrock’s original scope of work was the closest to the engineer’s report and they were the lowest cost before and after the engineer’s report. Only three piers from the previous work needed adjustment. I needed 12 new piers outside and 12 piers inside. The estimate was for 11 piers inside but when the work was done Dalrock decided an additional pier was needed inside. They did not charge for the the additional pier. The supervisor and crew were very professional. The job took four days. The supervisor kept me regularly informed on the progress of the work. The supervisor told me the time the crew would arrive each day and they were never late. They never worked past 4:15 PM. The crew was careful moving furniture and covering the furniture before drilling inside the house. They cleaned up the inside of the house the best they could when they were done. They placed all the extra dirt around the house and inside a garden I had. Lastly I had asked the supervisor to use booties whenever he or the crew walked on carpet. The supervisor and crew complied with my request.
